Comment on this (0 so far) y2008m03d15 - Ard crouched in his snow tunnel. Comment on this (0 so far) y2008m03d09 - Mom took the camera to church to capture the amount of snow that had accumulated there. Pretty impressive! I was usher that Sunday and it took a while to shovel up before the morning service. Thankfully I had several helpers.

Comment on this (0 so far) y2008m02d09 - I was home on my own one Saturday afternoon and the snow was packing outside. So I suited up and headed out to fashion a snowfort for the felines. It was very easy to build from one of the deeper snow drifts. Once it was finished I took the cats out for a tour. They didn't stick around too long but did crawl about within for a bit (the cat treats I hid inside helped spark interest, no doubt). The black patch is Ard. Comment on this (0 so far) y2008m02d09 - I made the snowfort with two-stories and a back entrance. For decoration I added cat ears at the top. Here Ard is peaking out the doorway.
Comment on this (0 so far) y2008m02d08 - Mom took this photo of icicles hang off the side of one of the front scrubs. Comment on this (0 so far) y2004m12d11 - I tried to get Telum to sit on the snow-crowned fence post but he ran off. Spoil sport...
Comment on this (0 so far) y2004m12d11 - It was kinda foolish but I went outside in my clogs (is that how you spell it?). As obviously noted from the photo, clogs aren't made with Canadian winters in mind. Comment on this (0 so far) y2004m12d11 - We never use our front door for going in or out so why is it there? Here its one purpose for existence is made manifest - supporting our Christmas wreath.
Comment on this (0 so far) y2004m12d11 - I was experimenting with the Macro mode on Dad's camera. I still don't quite get it but this photo turned out interesting so I kept it. Comment on this (0 so far) y2004m12d11 - Telum does not like winter. Well, let me rephrase that. Telum does not like being outdoors during winter. Sometimes we take him outside for some fresh air and exercise. The only real way to get him to exercise is to take him a distance away from the backsteps and then let him go. He rockets over to the back door and meows pitifully to go in. In this shot he's smokin' it back home.
